Economic Downfall from the NAFTA Treaties

United States of America as an Industrial and proud nation fell to an economic failure reliant on Nationalist and 3rd world countries. The largest one as we know to be Communist China. The purposes of the reasons to expand trade into other countries has been nothing but a one sided endeavor that has produced supporting border expenses and infiltration of American way of life, The American dream of working to progress... more »

Police Defense Corps

I am proposing for a new Police Force to be apart of the DHS and during times of war is activated into military service ,very much like the Coast Guard .

I propose to build a Police Defense Corps for border security and to be placed in the border zone to play a infantry role in the border zone for the purpose of a counter to any foreign invasion of a opposing military force or to be tasked with a counter insurgency role... more »

Mine Parts of the Border

What I would do to increase border security is mine parts of our border. We do not need to mine the entire border; just parts of it. The trick is we can put up mines only in certain places but not the entire border; so that way it would be economical. The genius of this idea would be that people would not know Where the mines actually are. In this way it's more psychological effect because it get's people scared from... more »

Welfare Reform

I don't understand how illegals are able to obtain welfare. Make these people ineligible by reducing the federal contribution to state welfare programs (It is my understanding that the Federal government spends some 668 billion on welfare.) When the cost is shifted to the states, they will be forced to rethink their largesse.

Best and Brightest vs Low Talent vs Fair Math Immigration

PURPOSE:
This topic briefly discusses select facets of illegal immigration.
-
BASELINE:
I’m of the opinion that immigration is a complex subject. The facts are that (as of 2016), there is an estimated 11.3 million illegal immigrants living in the U.S., and 30 percent of federal prison inmates are illegal immigrants, costing us a fortune. Also, 59% of them live in California, Texas, Florida, New York, New Jersey and... more »

Reserve and National Guard Annual Training Used To Supplement Border Security

Every National Guard and Reserve unit conducts a two week training annually. The entire unit may not train at the same time. Often the unit trains on a staggered basis. An annual training conducted at the US-Mexico border would provide valuable experience for reserve and guard units, working with different DHS agencies. Patrolling, surveillance , on hands technical experience, communications, and other vital skills could... more »

Options on the wall

If we cannot erect a wall, we can dig a pit. Trench a massive line throwing the borrowed excavation on the US side. It not only would interfere with tunneling, it would make a levee wall, that from the bottom of the pit was twice as high as the levee appeared. Cover that slope with a material called Concrete Cloth manufactured in South Carolina by Milliken. It would provide a smooth, hard surface making climbing more... more »

funding border wall

I suggest creating a border wall lottery to fund the wall. Other lotteries, Powerball & Mega raise large amounts yearly. Participation by the public would be good. Vendors and locations for other lotteries are in place, so that would make it easy to implament. If the winnings were tax free, participation would be high.

Put Employers In Jail for Hiring Illegal Immigrants

Anyone who knowingly hires illegal immigrants should be criminally prosecuted and serve a minimum of 5 years in jail and a $100,000 fine per employee if found guilty of an offense. It would be easier to solve the problem this way because people will not come if they can't find work. An amnesty program should be set up for Dreamers and anyone who can document their arrival before a certain date to be determined by Congress.... more »

You all are doing a great job. Secretary Nielsen is a great leader who understands that following the law is not policy. It must be amazing as a law enforcement agency to have a leader who understands the rule of law is not policy, but the compact that we all live under as Americans, whether native born or immigrant.

People with tourists visas should be granted a reasonable time to visit our country

I strongly believe that as we all have a door in our homes we also should have borders for our country. We should have borders, we should have a good system to know who is coming into our country and the time they are planning to stay.

We all have a door in our homes to protect ourselves and loved ones; to be able to chose who comes inside in our homes and the time they are staying.

Everybody is welcome as long as... more »
