I recommend DHS reviews the current picture quality being used on military retirement cards. The pictures used are barely legible using black and white film of a low quality. As a retired veteran, I travel often to military bases around the DC area. On several occasions, I've noticed security takes a longer look at my retirement ID card because of the picture's quality.
