Dirty Bombs - people decontamination method

Hello, I recently watched a movie - Dirty War (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=poZXRUxlaqk&t=4s) It is about some terrorists exploding dirty bombs in London. About half way in the movie, there was a statement - how many people can be decontaminated with the technology used in the movie and the answer was 200. Here is my idea: See attachment.
