Covid19

Try to get the pharmaceuticals of Puerto Rico to get involved in the production of the vaccines. They can ship to the Caribbean us territories and the mainland. Produce for the population in PR. It does not make sense to ship when they have the capacity. In fact, what could do is to add some temporary division areas for the mass production and hire additional people which there is a good supply of labor at lower cost... more »

The CDC and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHH) should seek input regarding how to speed up the rate of both the delivery and administration of COVID-19 vaccines. The following is a compendium of ideas for consideration in achieving that goal:

1. The country of Isreal has vaccinated approximately 9% of their population this month from December 20th-31st. Isreal is a relatively small, compact country which... more »

Pandemic Proof Society: Mandatory Masks on Public Transit

Coronavirus has demonstrated that the US is frighteningly vulnerable to the appearance of another pandemic. We are on track to lose more people to Coronavirus than every one of our wars individually. We have already lost more Americans than many of our wars COMBINED.

Though it is difficult to say, Coronavirus is not the worst pandemic to come. It is far gentler than what may be out there. This is frightening, because... more »

Point of Entry Screening for Coronavirus

I recently saw 4 American airports and noted that none of them performed any form of Coronavirus screening for arrivals or departures. While all airports had nearly universal mask use, ensuring passengers were relatively safe during travel, this does nothing to stop the seeding of Coronavirus in other communities, especially at events such as family dinner.

Although this can come off as a theoretical concern, it must... more »

COVID upswing coincides with 9/11

This could simply be a coincidence, but I feel I should report it.

I was looking at the daily number of new cases of COVID nationwide and I notice that it peaked on July 16, dropped to a minimum in mid-September, and since then has been rising dramatically. I did some mathematical analysis and discovered that the date the number of new case began increasing was Sept 12. This set off alarm bells in my head because it's... more »

Iodine, a preventive and curative agent in the COVID-19 pandemic?

We recently published an article about the potential value of iodine in the fight against and prevention of COVID 19 infection. There are clinical observations, there is pathophysiological evidence, there are epidemiological data and there is animal research supporting this hypothesis. That is a lot more substantiation than the different medications that are tried in different trials.

In addition, we have recently received... more »

Develop a "headset" to emit negative ions and Far UVC light near the face and thus reduce the transmission of Covid-19.

This is a request for the Executive Branch to pursue the research, prototype development and testing of a concept for a lightweight, low cost, wearable device designed to be worn consistently and which has the potential to greatly reduce the airborne transmission of Covid-19. The proposed device would incorporate existing technologies which have already been proven to fight viruses. It would lessen the prospect of the... more »

Establish a certification system which grades the safety of distinct indoor environments against the transmission of Covid-19

This idea concerns Covid-19. Since the Covid-19 campaign no longer exists here, I have no recourse but to post this idea, and many others, in the five current campaigns which still exist here.

It appears that DHS no longer reviews ideas that are submitted on this site. I hope they will disprove this assumption by communicating with me on each of my ideas and directly address any potential which they may have.
