Could DHS remind States that election infrastructure has been deemed critical as early doses of vaccine are allocated?

Coronavirus has demonstrated that the US is frighteningly vulnerable to the appearance of another pandemic. We are on track to lose more people to Coronavirus than every one of our wars individually. We have already lost more Americans than many of our wars COMBINED.

I recently saw 4 American airports and noted that none of them performed any form of Coronavirus screening for arrivals or departures. While all airports had nearly universal mask use, ensuring passengers were relatively safe during travel, this does nothing to stop the seeding of Coronavirus in other communities, especially at events such as family dinner.

This could simply be a coincidence, but I feel I should report it.

I was looking at the daily number of new cases of COVID nationwide and I notice that it peaked on July 16, dropped to a minimum in mid-September, and since then has been rising dramatically. Has anyone researched applying terahertz imaging to the detection of COVID viruses? From what I have read, terahertz imaging can detect substances like viruses. It might be quite useful to be able to know where viruses are in the environment.

This is a request for the Executive Branch to pursue the research, prototype development and testing of a concept for a lightweight, low cost, wearable device designed to be worn consistently and which has the potential to greatly reduce the airborne transmission of Covid-19.
