Donations for relief or other charities

I've travelled in and out of the United States for a visiting several places, every time I fly I'm offered the chance to donate spare currency to charity before leaving my flight. Why is this not an option when crossing Canada for example, I recently returned from Canada and had change, it's not worth converting to USD but imagine how many charities and disaster relief funds could be helped if something like this was ...more »
