At all polling stations, there should be one Republican, one Democrat and one Independent monitor to check each ballot to make sure it has no errors and is counted correctly. No ballot can be considered valid which has not be reviewed by the panel of three. In this way, there will be no disputes about ballots as the three must be in agreement. All three must also check voter's I.D.
