Safe Mob violence control and dispersal

FOR MOB CONTROL The Israeli's have concocted a harmless disgustingly stinky spray which sends protesters running for a bath/shower.

It is very effective in dispersing angry mobs-- this spray can even be ingested without causing any harmful effects. Sounds like a good tool for our law enforcers.

Avoiding mail ballots

Election integrity is crucial and cannot be jeopardized by a mail in vote which invites fraud and phony ballots and the harvesting of ineligible ballots. Security if the system also depends heavily on voter ID requirements that confirm only lawful US citizens vote This further safeguards our system against fraud, phony voters, allowing illegal immigrants to vote and persons who should be purged from state voter rolls... more »

Negative ions to reduce the airborne transmission of Covid-19

This idea concerns Covid-19. Since the Covid-19 campaign no longer exists here, I have no recourse but to post this idea, and many others, in the five current campaigns which still exist here.

It appears that DHS no longer reviews ideas that are submitted on this site. I hope they will disprove this assumption by communicating with me on each of my ideas and directly address any potential which they may have.

USA Internet

A governmental program with its own unique security features that allows American citizens access to the internet in limited capacities. This would allow all citizens to vote online and apply for employment at home with many security features based off of fingerprint confirmation and facial recognition programming. I believe that this could be a prominent factor in voting security while allowing the voice of all... more »

Easy Road to Election Fraud

There must be a database set up so each person can only caste one ballot. There is nothing that prevents a person from using his address to caste a ballot in his/her precinct and using his friend's address to cast a ballot in another precinct. Example: I live in Auburn, Washington. I use my Auburn address to register to vote in Auburn. I caste a ballot in the Auburn precinct. I have a friend in Kent, Washington. I register... more »

Put violent demonstrators on the No-Fly List

News has indicated many of the most violent demonstrators, including Antifa, are flying into certain cities to instigate violence and disrupt elections. Since they fly around the country, creating anarchy, put them on the No-Fly List. Put anybody arrested for violence on the list and certainly anybody convicted of street violence.

DHS Should not be used against protesters. Congress should act to redefine DHS rules of conduct, use by executive, jurisdiction

It is wrong for DHS agents to be used as police to break up lawful protests, which are protected by US constitution. The events in Oregon underscore the fact the DHS actions there are being used as a partisan tool and not because of need. Specifically local officials never asked for DHS agents to "help" . In fact they want them to let them handle it. Remember states rights? . Conspicuously DHS has never been called to... more »
