Incediary rounds.

http://edition.cnn.com/2017/10/10/us/las-vegas-shooter-incendiary-rounds/index.html

The Las Vegas shooter might have tried to blow up a tanker truck using incendiary rounds.

Anyone can get these off the internet, which can be fired from even a handgun.

Gas stations are refilled by these tanker trucks. Hopefully DHS tries to limit the accessability of pressurized LPG tankers to high density urban areas. I would hope... more »

Rollover cages

Rollover cages should be standard on all vehicles. This will save lives and should be given a break on insurance as the vehicle could be saved from totaled status upon rollover by keeping the cab from crushing in and leave it in a useable, drivable state.

Information Sharing and Communication

Since the early development of the Department of Homeland Security, a recurring issue has been related to the lack of communication along with information sharing. Rewind sixteen years ago to 9/11, information sharing amongst agencies was quite low. Information was being kept within particular silos relating to what agencies individuals worked within. No silos would communicate with the other, and that caused a great... more »

Oath Ceremony for approved legal immigrant

I was scheduled to do the Oath of allegiance March 19 at the USCIS field office in Charlotte, NC. Unfortunately, the USCIS is now closed to the public till maybe the end of March. I would like to recommend that USCIS conducts the Oath ceremony immediately with 10 to 15 immigrants at a time. Instead of inviting 50 to 60 people to the ceremony, it could be arranged as I mentioned earlier for 10 or 15 people and conduct... more »

Tagging rioters for identification and dispersing rioters

LEOs should use bank die in addition to pepper spray and CS as a method to help identify rioters. Can be used either as a standalone sprayable product or mixed with the other sprays in one device, which probably requires a new manufacturing process. LEOs should also use Long Range Acoustic Devices to help disperse crowds.

Internet Security

From reading on RT.com, a news source I highly recommend, I have learned that Russia is building a secondary parallel internal internet with limited access to essential services.

It sounds a very sensible and reasonable idea to follow.

5G and Wifi low frequency "Jammer"

Hello, I have an idea of putting a non FCC regulated low frequency jammer or blocker in all 5g towers that are going to be installed across the country. Having the cell companies pay and install these "Jammers" will have a huge impact on the natation's healthcare debt. As we both know due to US Patent #6506148B2 there are millions wasted in health care with privet groups targeting people. I know "Christina Strunk" Orange... more »

H2A Mailing of I-1797C/I-797B Petitions

The I-797C Petition Receipt Notice and the I-797B Approval Notice are very important documents for the employer to be able to request worker visas. In May 2016, USCIS announced that if the employer included a prepaid label for the I-797C and the I-797B, they would use UPS mailing vs. USPS standard mailing.
However, there have been several times since the above announcement, including two recent cases, that the employer... more »
