Establish a certification system which grades the safety of distinct indoor environments against the transmission of Covid-19

This idea concerns Covid-19. Since the Covid-19 campaign no longer exists here, I have no recourse but to post this idea, and many others, in the five current campaigns which still exist here.

It appears that DHS no longer reviews ideas that are submitted on this site. I hope they will disprove this assumption by communicating with me on each of my ideas and directly address any potential which they may have.

Get Academia up-to-speed with cyber

The USA needs to aggressively incentivize and recruit cyber experts to fill a 4.2 billion dollar gap. Students need affordable access to curriculums which will allow them entry into the job market. Current academic programs are years behind industry and government. This is presumably due to the slow-moving gears inherent to any large institution. The problem is that universities are now primarily focused on generating... more »

New School Lockdown Procedure Idea

What I think that can be done to protect the lives of students and teachers from an active shooter is a new way to stop a door. The doors today are strong but can probably be opened by using a shotgun on the handle or maybe even with a lockpick. The idea that I have is to have a wall that goes parallel to the door that has an amount of space in between that a desk can fit perfectly. There is almost no way that the door... more »

I would highly appreciate it ,if there was a way for a 29 or 35 year old college student to have access in information on how to join the DHS ,and what jobs are available for such applicant's such as my self with little to no college education . I my self dropped out of college in 2014 to go to Ukraine where I enlisted in the Ukrainian Navy and served for 5 years . I served as a Police Grenadier in the Naval infantry... more »

Federal Government Funded Vocational and Trade Schools Throughout The Fifty States.

To ensure U.S global competitiveness and to ensure steady automatic job creation the Federal Government must start investing in building training and vocational centers nationwide. School shooting safety

All schools should equip themselves with Bulletproof wall pannels that act as riot shields. These riot shields could save many lives by blocking line of sight and giving the students a chance to defend themselves from many potential acts of terror. If we cannot stop the shooters from entering the school and shooting then lets stop the bullets from reaching there intended targets
These pannels could also decend from... more »

Put local textile companies to work to fight COVID!

Reusable hospital/ISO gowns already exist - look into putting your small and large local textile businesses back to work by having them switch to manufacturing hospital gowns. They are reusable so put laundry companies back to work by supporting the gown washing.

Everything will need to be approved by your local health departments, especially the materials and proper cleaning methods, but this can help everyone. And... more »

Iodine, a preventive and curative agent in the COVID-19 pandemic?

We recently published an article about the potential value of iodine in the fight against and prevention of COVID 19 infection. There are clinical observations, there is pathophysiological evidence, there are epidemiological data and there is animal research supporting this hypothesis. That is a lot more substantiation than the different medications that are tried in different trials.

In addition, we have recently received... more »

Law class in Highschool

Teach from the police handbook the law. Also teach how to interact with the police. This will inform the population of how to behave in society in a legal manner. It will also keep the police and the population safer and increasingly cooperative. This could save many lives , unnecessary tickets and fines and create a more safe environment. This would also be very helpful for many minority communities.

Cultural Marxism is a Threat; Antifa is a Communist Org trending idea

Acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf does not name Antifa as a Domestic Terrorist Org. The US Army Academy at West Point is teaching Critical Race Theory. Critical Race Theory is Cultural Marxism and Antifa is the violent wing of Communism.

Communism is also known as International Socialism! It is called "International" because it seeks to dissolve races and nations, as in the words of Karl Kautsky, the leader of the Social... more »
