Key Resource Protection Coordination and Collaboration Support for US Farmers

PURPOSE:
China is at war against our U.S. farmers, they have sabotaged them for decades, they have found puppets among us to e.g. steal their equipment, steal their bee hives, launder their fake honey (mixed with corn syrup) via transnational shipping tactics to our country, product dump garlic peeled by prisoners, and otherwise rig the system against them. Now (recently) China has placed tariffs as high as 40 percent... more »

School Safety - Updated version of my idea submitted February 22, 2018

- Most importantly, day care centers and preschools are even softer targets! I have not heard anyone address this!! . These children are totally helpless. Protection has to be extreme!
-- Except for the front door of the school, all other doors should only open out.
-- Provide individual ID cards for each student/others and a badge reader at the front door. Obviously a camera. Intercom or some other means to contact... more »

Rollover cages

Rollover cages should be standard on all vehicles. This will save lives and should be given a break on insurance as the vehicle could be saved from totaled status upon rollover by keeping the cab from crushing in and leave it in a useable, drivable state.

Federal Courthouse in Portland

I don't think you should defend the federal courthouse in Portland. Instead, I think you should move it since, clearly, Portland's city leaders won't defend the building or your employees. I suggest moving it to Baker City or Pendleton, OR. Neither of those cities would tolerate the mob. Let the abandoned federal courthouse in Portland serve as a testament to the abandonment of the rule of law by Portland's weak and feckless... more »

Welfare Reform

I don't understand how illegals are able to obtain welfare. Make these people ineligible by reducing the federal contribution to state welfare programs (It is my understanding that the Federal government spends some 668 billion on welfare.) When the cost is shifted to the states, they will be forced to rethink their largesse.

Avoiding abuse by colleges

Universities are reclassifying their majors to get around DHS regulations, for example New York University classifies journalism and drama under a STEM major. STEM is science, technology, engineering and math. This is clearly abusive.

In other instances for example at Berkeley, professors openly stated they would conspire to get around DHS/ICE rules by having one student classrooms for immigrants. Immigration is highly... more »

Mobile applications of negative ions, UVC light and Far UVC light to reduce the airborne transmission of Covid-19

This idea concerns Covid-19. Since the Covid-19 campaign no longer exists here, I have no recourse but to post this idea, and many others, in the five current campaigns which still exist here.

It appears that DHS no longer reviews ideas that are submitted on this site. I hope they will disprove this assumption by communicating with me on each of my ideas and directly address any potential which they may have.

My idea... more »

Mexico can pay for the Wall

Mexico would have us believe that they wouldnt pay for any wall that would keep their unwanted dirt poor and criminals on their side of the border. But they can pay for it. If USA imposes a consumer tax on every box and bottle of Mexican goods imported into this country that is purchased by consumers and illegal immigrants, the money would pay for the wall. In other words, if a tax of 5 cents is added to each bottle/can... more »

School Safety

In light of the shooting in Florida, I have two suggestions to keep our children safe:
1. Require students in all schools across the country to carry clear backpacks.
2. Develop a text # easy for students to remember that is marketed across the country. A student can text a tip to that number which feeds into their local law enforcement. This enables students that don't feel comfortable going to someone to report suspicious... more »

School Shootings

School Shootings must be stopped or mitigated at the very least. We all know that. After hearing yesterday a Congressman say "if you aren't involved in solving the problem (of school shootings) you are an accomplice". Initially, I was slightly offended by that, but after some thoughts and prayers, I believe him to be spot on.

C3 AND SELF-HEALING SMART GRID TECHNOLOGY PPP MUTUAL INVESTMENTS

BACKGROUND: DHS NATIONAL PROTECTION AND PROGRAMS DIRECTORATE (CYBER), C3 program created in 2014 and associated NETGuard program should consider the newly evolving SELF-HEALING SMART GRID TECHNOLOGIES coming to market, and forge mutual investment paths as PPP agreements such that Private-sector companies can afford to upgrade to SELF-HEALING SMART GRID TECHNOLOGIES. The agreement must state that the Private-sector business... more »

School Safety

I am not sure if this is an idea that has already been thought of but might I suggest that schools should have systems to lay down smoke or foam in an emergency.

It is not a complete solution but may delay or disorientate the shooter for enough time for an armed response to arrive.

If nothing else it would provide some comfort for the pupils.

The school could also have for personal safety apparatus rather like fire... more »

Coronavirus

I'm concerned that we are not getting enough information on what businesses are essential when it comes to public workers. I work for a house cleaning company and we are apparently considered an essential business right now which I don't understand. We are exposing ourselves as well as clients to this virus by going in and out of homes to clean them.
