Exempt family members from travel restrictions

Exempt family members without the age and marital status status criteria. It is easy to document at border control with official paperwork, and it allow families to be reunited with their loved ones. Quarantine and testing could be imposed.

Denmark, Norway and Austria are successfully putting these loosen measures it in place in a safe matter, so I believe that the US could be just as successful.

With the pandemic now exceeding 1 year, many families have been displaced and unable to cross, by land, to see family members and loved ones. Amendment to Presidential Proclamation 10014 to reunite families of LPRs

Consider adding an amendment and resume visa issuance to spouses of Legal Permanent Residents (LPRs). Currently there's an exemption under PP 10014 for spouses of US citizens but spouses of LPRs are not included. LPRs are taxpayers as well, and deserve to be reunited with their loved ones.
