H2B visas ought not to be expanded this year. trending idea

Congress recently approved an expansion of the H2B program from 66,000 to 135,000 visas this year. However, the actual expansion is at the discretion of Homeland Security.

Avoiding abuse by colleges trending idea

Universities are reclassifying their majors to get around DHS regulations, for example New York University classifies journalism and drama under a STEM major. STEM is science, technology,engineering and math. This is clearly abusive.

Amendment to Presidential Proclamation 10014 to reunite families of LPRs

Consider adding an amendment and resume visa issuance to spouses of Legal Permanent Residents (LPRs). Currently there's an exemption under PP 10014 for spouses of US citizens but spouses of LPRs are not included. LPRs are taxpayers as well, and deserve to be reunited with their loved ones.
