Community Paramedicine for Offensive Operations Against COVID19

We are on the defensive, waiting for our ICUs to be overrun by patients that are being allowed to deteriorate untreated at home until they become acute.

That is a losing strategy.

I propose we take the fight to the enemy before it reaches and overruns our base camps.

We do that with interdiction actions taken in the field...delivery of early onset care in the field utilizing Community Paramedicine.

Remove the current occupant in the Whitehouse as he is incapable of doing what needs to be done on a nation wide scale.

Use the 25th amendment to remove both him and his sycophant lackeys that are not looking out for the interests of the people of the United States, the state and local governments and territories in this pandemic as well as not supporting the hospitals and their workers sufficiently enough.

We need a leader who is capable of actually leading a nationwide effort to keep supply chains running, essential goods being manufactured,... more »

Develop a "headset" to emit negative ions and Far UVC light near the face and thus reduce the transmission of Covid-19.

This is a request for the Executive Branch to pursue the research, prototype development and testing of a concept for a lightweight, low cost, wearable device designed to be worn consistently and which has the potential to greatly reduce the airborne transmission of Covid-19. The proposed device would incorporate existing technologies which have already been proven to fight viruses. It would lessen the prospect of the... more »

Ensuring Elections Run Properly with COVID-19 Pandemic

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Americans will be afraid to go to the voting booths for the primaries and general election. As such, states will need to prepare for an influx of absentee and vote-by-mail ballots. processing and verifying these ballots is going to be a monstrous task, especially for states and counties that typically receive very little absentee ballots. With automatic signature verification of ballots, counties... more »

Dedicated COVID EMS Units with Decon Team Task Force...HAZMAT Approach.

As the outbreak of COVID19 spreads, EMS is constantly being exposed to transmissible patients. This results in extensive down time for units and crews.

Utilizing telemedicine screening at the medical control or 911 level we pre-screen these people and dispatch appropriate resource.

The unit consists of a TFL and two sub units; EMS and Decon. Enhances provider safety and maximizes turn around.

Portable applications of negative ions, UVC light and Far UVC light to reduce the airborne transmission of Covid-19

This idea concerns Covid-19. Since the Covid-19 campaign no longer exists here, I have no recourse but to post this idea, and many others, in the five current campaigns which still exist here.

It appears that DHS no longer reviews ideas that are submitted on this site. I hope they will disprove this assumption by communicating with me on each of my ideas and directly address any potential which they may have.

COVID upswing coincides with 9/11

This could simply be a coincidence, but I feel I should report it.

I was looking at the daily number of new cases of COVID nationwide and I notice that it peaked on July 16, dropped to a minimum in mid-September, and since then has been rising dramatically. I did some mathematical analysis and discovered that the date the number of new case began increasing was Sept 12. This set off alarm bells in my head because it's... more »

Exempt family members from travel restrictions

Exempt family members without the age and marital status status criteria. It is easy to document at border control with official paperwork, and it allow families to be reunited with their loved ones. Quarantine and testing could be imposed.

Denmark, Norway and Austria are successfully putting these loosen measures it in place in a safe matter, so I believe that the US could be just as successful.

Covid 19 Vector that is largely unsupported--our prison system

The United States prison system consists of Federal, State, Municipal, County jails and prisons. A common feature of most is that there very often are few to no physicians on staff, the full time staff for the most part consisting of Nurses, Nurse Practitioners or PA's, with a visiting physician As a result, other than beds there is no system set to provide ICU type treatment for those detained ---or prison staff.

Test to find out if mosquitoes, ticks, and other biting insects can transmit Covid 19.

Since we know ticks and mosquitos already transmit viruses(Rocky Mountain spotted fever, West Nile and Lyme disease to name just a few.of the dozens that are transmittable through a bite) to humans, we need to know if Covid 19 can be transmitted in this fashion too.

If it is found to be transmittable in this fashion a further lockdown may be required along with possible pest management in high population areas.

The best measures to contain COVID-19

I have the best measures to contain COVID-19.

Containing COVID-19 is not just a matter of medicine, but it's more likely a matter of physics. Frankly, I'm a physicist of genius. I'm absolutely sure wearing fabric gloves and masks can contain COVID-19. The reason as follows:

1. If COVID-19 is transmitted through hand, hand washing is good, but wearing fabric gloves is far better. Because the virus is very small, when... more »
