Raising the nicotine tax mite cause crimes. Off Topic

Raising the nicotine tax is a good idea. There mite be robberies but I think most people will want to cut back or quite.

I hate to see these post about immigration because I know what that cycle of thinking does. When all is over most will be returned to they countries and few will get asylum. Dems and Republicians both say that. So all that stress is for nothing. All people go to Washington to run out crime.

Haitian issue Off Topic

I am guessing a lot of the Haitian were farmers-why can't we contact the large farm coops that are complaining not enough works and have them employee the Haitians at least as migrant workers-we keep hearing no one will work-I would think the farm coops could absorb the Haitians and not send them back to Haiti until they have their immigration court dates.  I would think the farm coops could afford to put together trailers... more »

Don't re-design software, re-design the computer Off Topic

Research is needed to re-design the basics of, "how the computer computer processes software and shares data".  The basics has certainly not changed much since Bill Gates introduced MS DOS Ver 1.0 over 40 years ago.  We use computers to communicate election results from thousands of endpoint computers using 40 year old technology.

I know there is an answer, for I have been researching and developing this very point for... more »

Malware prevention - www.roati.com/discovery Off Topic

Malicious software damaging election computers and or malware altering results is a major concern.

Due to my 30+ years in electronic components, I have discovered and are developing a new computer component which has enabled a major re-design as to how computers will be able to "safely" process both clean and malware infected information files.  This process does not use detection software, encryption, VPN, analytics... more »

Vaccination status Off Topic

Hearing stories on media about 'vaccination passports'. Also heard story about shipping container full of fake CDC vaccine cards from China.

If the 'Real ID' card is becoming standard across all states, AND it contains data that can serve TSA's purposes, why can't it be used to reference 'vaccine status' data as well?

Perhaps it could be optional vs required?

Doesn't seem like 'space shuttle surgery' to me.
