If you click the "NEED HELP" on the right side of the web page the link is https://help.cbp.gov/app/ask . That page has a huge banner but the entire content is "Invalid Page".
If you click "For help with
Global Entry, NEXUS,
SENTRI, FAST" at the bottom of the page the link is https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/list/kw/Trusted%20Traveler%20Program/search/1 which also redirects to "Invalid Page".
i could find no way to report this problem on the web site. "Take an experience survey" doesn't have a category for "your web site has problems". The Submit a Complaint link on the invalid page was https://help.cbp.gov/s/complaints but that doesn't have a category for web site problems.
If there's a better way to report a web site problem than clicking here I couldn't find it.
